Wild Swim Meditation
One year ago I met Szymon, the inventor of Wild Swim Meditation. After joining him a few times in the lake of west Poland, Szymon asked me to help him spreading the word of this beautiful form of meditation. In exchange he now teaches my 2 sons swimming. Great deal 🙂 Szymon is a musician, diver and pacifist. He drives a 50 years old mercedes bus that is able to drive on cooking oil and he is occasionally a shepherd. Szymon is one of the sweetest man I know, very loving, but there is one thing he hates: Digitalisation. So it became time to help him out. So I made a webpage for him and a video that shows the feeling of Wild Swim Meditation.
What is the difference between snorkelling and Wild Swim Meditation?
There are a lot of similarities, but the main difference is that with snorkelling you are actively searching for underwater life. With Wild Swim Meditation this is not the case. You just float and watch all the colours, without thinking, you become one with nature. The beautiful thing about this is that once you are one with nature, the fishes don’t even see you anymore and they are closer to you then ever. Wearing a thick wetsuit is one of the key elements of Wild Swim Meditation. This makes you float automatically, and makes you feel like you are in space. You also do not feel cold, even in autumn and winter, which helps you relax and be able to enjoy the moment. To be in the moment, without future or past. A real meditation, but then lighter and deeper. After the Wild Swim Meditation you feel reborn with a smile on your face.

All the best,
