I had a dream about doing this, registered the domain name, and just started. My music tuned to 432 hz, on the rhythm of different breathing techniques. Breathing together in the same rhythm, the rhythm of the heart. As one organism, but also as individual cells. On powerplaces like churches and cathedrals. A cocktail of multiple medicines: Breathing Concerts.

Since the beginning of time you always see people coming together in different cultures. It was the main source of mental and physical health. A space was created where every individual felt supported by the community...
In today's society, which is increasingly digitally oriented, the Breathing Concerts are an invitation to reactivate the power of togetherness. To experience the power of a group breathing lovingly at the same time...
A safe space for a journey with my music tuned to 432 Hz and the power of our breath. A trip on a road to self love, because that's where it all should start. Inside our home... inside our heart. Looking forward making this journey with you. 🙏

The music is tuned to 432 Hz and specially made in a rhythm that suits the breathing techniques, so everyone can breath in the same rhythm, and the magic can take place. During the concert we use multiple breathing techniques: Heart coherence breathing, heaven-to-earth breathing (derived from box breathing), With Love Breathing (inspired by Tumo and W. Hof’s breathing) and some other techniques Adrian learned from shamans and instructors all over the world. The beautiful thing about the concerts is that you can breathe with the music and experience the magic, but if you like you can only just enjoy the beautiful music as a concert.

AN IMPRESSION OF THE BREATHING CONCERT IN DE VONDELKERK AMSTERDAM (JAN 2025)

During the 2023 tours I worked together with the shamans Bohodar and Cornelia, and the great musician Matvij Melnyk, who came from the Ukraine to play for us. Also the cacao fairy Niene was there. It was an amazing tour and the positive reactions are still echoing through my heart. The tour in 2024 was an intimate solo-tour, with the theme 'self love', a journey deep into ourselves. Into our heart. 🧡 . The new 2025 concerts in March were a celebration of spring! The new birth, life, regeneration for the year to come. Below you will find a recording of our our With Love Breathing. Live during our 2023 tour. This was a small part of the total breathing concerts journey, but an amazing breathing technique to do together. Sending the love to every cell in your body, and to the places outside the church that needs it the most. 🧡

When the idea came to me in 2023, I just had to write it down and do it. The start was incredible, but I learned it needs small steps. Some day, my dream is to do Breathing Concerts with Cathedrals full of people breathing together on the rhythm of the heart, with a big group of musicians playing my specially made compositions for the breath.
